The Pittsburgh Pirates have sent right-hander Chris Jakubauskas outright to Triple-A Indianapolis after reinstating him from the 60-day disabled list and removing him from their 40-man roster. Jakubauskas sustained a concussion when he was hit in the head by a line drive off the bat of Lance Berkman on April 24 in Houston.
